Welcome to Krusada Project. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About Krusada Project

Krusada Project is an independent, artist-led creative project producing and selling faith-inspired artwork, apparel, accessories, and other creative goods.

Our products may be released in limited quantities, small batches, or special collections. Because of this, availability may vary and certain products may not be restocked once sold out.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colors, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However:

  • Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

  • Measurements may have minor variations due to manufacturing processes.

  • Handmade, printed, embroidered, or artist-produced items may have small variations that do not necessarily constitute defects.

  • Product photographs may include styling or display elements that are not included with the purchase.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information at any time.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Some Krusada Project releases are produced in limited quantities. Once an item is sold out, we cannot guarantee that it will be reproduced or restocked.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed due to an inventory or production issue, we will contact the customer regarding the available options.

4. Prices and Promotions

All prices displayed on our website are in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated.

Krusada Project reserves the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, and offers at any time without prior notice.

Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except in cases involving obvious pricing errors.

Promotional offers may have their own conditions and validity periods. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

5. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

This includes your:

  • Full name

  • Contact information

  • Shipping address

  • Selected products

  • Sizes, colors, and quantities

  • Payment information, when applicable

Krusada Project reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including cases involving suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or other circumstances that may compromise the order.

An order is considered confirmed once payment and/or order confirmation requirements have been completed according to the applicable purchasing process.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible because the order may already have entered our preparation, production, or fulfillment process.

Krusada Project does not guarantee that cancellation requests made after confirmation can be accommodated.

7. Payment

Customers are responsible for completing payment using the payment methods made available by Krusada Project.

Orders may not be processed or shipped until the required payment has been successfully verified.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, rejected, or otherwise found to be invalid, Krusada Project reserves the right to suspend or cancel the related order.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders through available courier and delivery partners.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, and circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been properly handed over to the courier, delays or delivery circumstances occurring within the courier's handling are outside Krusada Project's direct control.

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in coordinating with the courier when delivery issues arise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

9. Receiving Your Order

Customers are encouraged to inspect their package and its contents as soon as possible after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within the period specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Photos or videos may be requested to help us verify the condition of the package and product.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Krusada Project Return & Exchange Policy.

In general, defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled orders may qualify for an exchange or replacement following validation.

Size exchanges may be considered as an exception, subject to availability and approval.

Krusada Project does not generally provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or cancellations after an order has been confirmed.

Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before completing your purchase.

11. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Krusada Project, including but not limited to:

  • Artwork

  • Illustrations

  • Designs

  • Logos

  • Brand names

  • Product designs

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Graphics

  • Written content

  • Website content

is owned by or licensed to Krusada Project and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a Krusada Project product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property to the customer.

Unless you receive prior written permission from Krusada Project, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or use our artwork, designs, branding, or other copyrighted materials without authorization.

12. Personal and Non-Commercial Use

Products purchased from Krusada Project are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed.

Customers may not reproduce, manufacture, counterfeit, resell as their own creation, or commercially exploit Krusada Project's original artwork or designs without written authorization.

13. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • Use the website for fraudulent activities;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;

  • Copy or exploit website content without permission;

  • Submit false or misleading information; or

  • Use our website in a manner that may harm Krusada Project or other users.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website when necessary to protect our business, customers, or systems.

14. Customer Communications

When you provide your contact information, you agree that Krusada Project may contact you regarding your orders, payments, deliveries, customer service concerns, or other transactions.

We may also send promotional communications where permitted and where applicable.

You may request to stop receiving promotional communications at any time.

15. Third-Party Services

Our website or purchasing process may rely on third-party services, including payment processors, courier companies, website platforms, and other service providers.

Krusada Project is not responsible for interruptions, errors, delays, or failures caused solely by third-party services, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist when the issue affects your order.

16. Limitation of Responsibility

Krusada Project will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, process orders correctly, and fulfill purchases in accordance with these terms.

However, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Courier disruptions

  • Transportation delays

  • Internet or technical failures

  • Payment-provider interruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Unforeseen production or supply issues

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to remove or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

17. Changes to These Terms

Krusada Project may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our operations, products, services, or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be posted on our website together with the applicable update date.

Your continued use of our website or placement of an order after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from the use of our website, purchase of our products, or these Terms of Service shall be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
